Alpha Month 1This is one of the first workouts on the focus t25 calendar that you will be doing to build your cardio foundation in T25.
So far, a lot of these moves were very familiar from the Alpha Cycle just with more elements for more intensity.
Core: This exercise is given in the DVD which covers the upper body that are core exercises to strengthening the abdominal muscles.
These exercises will let you fight against diseases like diabetes, blood sugar risks, heart diseases, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.

Total body circuit focuses on the lower body resulting in shaping and making it stronger than you ever thought of it without any lifting weights.

Similar to the lunges, Shaun T has everyone progressing from normal squats to a deeper squat where you have to touch the floor and then doing a squat with a jump (which Shaun T calls an air plank).
Seth reports that the Beta Cardio Core is much harder than the Alpha Cardio, mostly because of the floor work at the end.

The first time through you spend the longest time on each move; you shorten things up in each subsequent round so that by the last round you're moving through all the moves in the set fairly quickly.
The next moves are another set of kicks, hammer kicks and speed kicks on each side, such as what we've seen in Alpha a few times.
Focus T25 is the high intensity, impact workout that won't let you up for the 25 minutes with no break, major muscle group will work by one after each other.
